Tobi currently ran through the a village, unsure of which it was. His Akatsuki cloak was off, for some strange reason. He had left if behind, going to retrieve it later. What mattered right now was the butterfly in front of him, which he was trying so hard to catch.

"Tobi is a good boy, Mister Butterfly! Tobi just wants to look at you!" Tobi said, speaking in third person, calling to the butterfly in a childish manner. As he moved, surprisingly, he mask seemed attached to his face, unable to move.

"Mister Butterfllyyy!" Tobi called again. "Butterfly-Sempai!" a sprudge of the moment name, which he attached to the butterfly like a calling signal.

The butterfly seemed unphased by the name, continuing to flutter, yet as though bearing kindness to the adult who chased it, he didn't fly any higher.

Tobi gave a leap, grabbing the butterfly's wings gently, and landing perfectly on his feet. As he turned his hand, now standing still, the butterfly rested simply, it's wings- which were blue- being still.

If you haven't figured it out, this is TOBI. He's not taking his mask off, he's not gonna go insane or anything yet. Just because I know on or two of you will do ask. D| Don't try to take his mask off.
